So, the story starts with Jose and Guadalupe Robles, wife and husband. The foundation for them to be in the food service industry began when they didn't even realize what a talent they possessed. Jose worked in the orange groves in Highland for many, many years. Guadalupe would prepare lunch (burritos) for her husband, kids and even his co-workers. After many years of working within the orange groves, they decided they wanted to open their own business.
